Calendar
See your logged time on a calendar, spot gaps and overlaps, and add or adjust entries without leaving the month or week view.
Overview
The Calendar shows your time entries as blocks on a timeline. It is useful for reviewing how your week looks and for quick edits when you forgot to start the timer.
Moving around the calendar
- Use the calendar controls to move between months or weeks, depending on your view.
- Click a day or time slot to work with entries in that range.
- Your profile settings can control the first day of the week and whether weekends are emphasized—see Profile for those options.
Create and edit entries
- Click in the calendar where you want to log time, or click an existing block to open it.
- A panel opens where you can set description, start and end time, duration, project, tags, and billable status.
- Save to apply your changes. The block on the calendar updates to match.
If you use a 12-hour or 24-hour clock, that preference comes from your profile so times look familiar everywhere.
Delete an entry
- Open the entry from the calendar.
- Use the menu on the panel to delete the entry when you need to remove it completely.
Related settings
In Profile, you can set time zone, first day of the week, default calendar view, and whether weekends appear—those choices affect how the calendar looks and how times are interpreted.
