Subscription
Choose a plan, manage seats, and open the billing portal for payment methods and invoices from Stripe.
Overview
The Subscription page shows whether your team has active billing, how many seats you pay for, and shortcuts to checkout or the customer portal.
Choose a plan
- Open Subscription from the app menu (if you have access).
- Pick monthly or yearly billing when both are offered.
- Set the number of seats to cover your active team. Timen may enforce a minimum based on how many people already belong to the team.
- Continue to secure checkout. You will complete payment details on Stripe’s pages.
After checkout, it can take a short time for status to refresh everywhere in the app.
Billing portal
- Use the billing portal action when you need invoices, payment methods, or cancellation options from Stripe.
- You will leave Timen briefly and return when finished.
If no Stripe customer exists yet, the app may ask you to start checkout first.
Change seats or billing period
- From Subscription, update seat count or switch between monthly and yearly billing when your plan supports it.
- Confirm the change. Some updates process in the background and appear shortly.
Quantity is usually at least the number of active users on the team.
